The restaurant has launched a delicious Sunday brunch inspired by Mediterranean flavours. There are unlimited servings of appetizers, hot dishes, desserts available from the homely kitchen counters.
Diners can begin with the appetiser buffet of salads, cold cuts, soups served in tasteful portions as well as the seafood highlights such as fresh prawns and mussels on ice. Enjoy ham on honeydew, crab salad, potato salad, cold pasta etc.
The hot dishes are not very extensive, but there are adequate and delicious. For example, the Lamb Navarin is a beautiful classic lamb stew with sweet carrots. There is also paella which boasts fresh seafood and the use of fresh herbs and spices. You can also request for freshly cooked pastas from the kitchen.
Being a egg lover, I hop to the Egg Station immediately. There is a choice of omelette, sunny side up and egg benedict for you to choose from. Condiments include onion, tomatoes, mushroom, ham, cheese, parsley.
